Karnage Warranty Policy

This limited warranty shall apply to KARNAGE products. For all GAMING PRODUCTS defects under normal use circumstances and at the discretion of the company, EVM shall provide free of charge repair and/or replacement services within the warranty period.

1. Invoice vs. MOM Verification: If a customer cannot provide a valid GST invoice, verify the serial number against the Month of Manufacture (MOM) data to calculate remaining coverage.
2. Wireless Kits Protocol: Never accept a standalone wireless mouse or keyboard if it was originally sold as a combo unit. The receiver chip must be present in the RMA kit to process an exchange.

• Eligible Customers: This warranty applies exclusively to the original end-purchaser and is non-transferable. Coverage terminates immediately if the product is sold or transferred.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid sales invoice or receipt from an authorized KARNAGE retailer is required.
• Serial-Only Exception: If the invoice is lost, KARNAGE will honour the warranty using a serial number lookup for up to warranty days an addition of six months.
  • Example: if any product contains warranty of 12-month and the MOM of product is 1st Jan 2025 the warranty of product is considered till 30th Jun 2026.
• Warranty Commencement: The coverage period starts strictly from the original invoice date. If no proof of purchase is available, the manufacture date will be used to track validity.
• DOA (Dead on Arrival): Products found defective within 15 days of purchase invoice of customer and 30 days from the distributor invoice qualify for DOA
  • Unit with complete accessories and complete box packing
  • Principal product, accessories, gift box and packing should be in new condition
• Geographical Limitation: The warranty is valid only for products utilized within India, unless the unit carries an official EVM Global Warranty sticker. Legal disputes are subject to Mumbai, Maharashtra jurisdiction.

3. Walk-In Service: Visit any of the pan-India localized service centres to receive a cross-replacement for verified defective hardware. Metro locations feature a 5-day Turnaround Time (TAT).
4. Pickup & Drop Facility: Log a request on the official website to verify eligibility for automated courier pickup from your location and subsequent delivery of the replacement unit.

Note: Logistics and delivery transit timelines are dependent on third-party courier services. Delays originating from shipping mediators do not constitute a service failure on behalf of KARNAGE.
